andrisp Posted April 11, 2006 Report Share Posted April 11, 2006 Failus vienkārši atver ar editoru, kas atļauj saglabāt kā utf8, un pārglabā kā utf8. Ieteicams utf8 bez BOM. Tas ir tas ķeburs utf8 failu augšā, kas visiem dzīvi jauc. HTML Content-type arī neaizmirsti nomainīt. Par datubāzi tā ātrumā nemācēšu izteikties.
