Tas ir collation info - pēc kādas kārtības kārtot string'veida datus: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/charset-general.html Ja tev kolonnas charsets it utf-8, tad tur varēsi vienlaicīgi glabāt gan latviešu, gan krievu burtus. EDIT: ja taisa atsevišķas kolonnas priekš katras valodas - krievu valodai - utf8_general_ci, latviešu valodai var izvēlēties.
