Uztaisīju piemēru - http://kristaps.igp.lv/test/floating_banner , bet ir problēmas uz IE6, kursors raustās, īpaši braukājot pa linkiem. Varbūt kāds var ieteikt labāku JS variantu, lai tā nebūtu?
