Divi !DOCTYPE tagi ir. <html> tags ir formā <html ... /> (kāpēc uzreiz jāaizslēdz ciet). Skaties šeit: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%...3.136.139.71%2F tur viss ir uzrakstīts, kas ir nepareizs.
