Problema ar htaccess un rewrite

kas tas ir par erroru, un kā viņu atrisināt?

p.s. errors parādās tiak cms`iem vai lietām, kurās ir .htaccess faili. Ja fails tukš iet, kā ierkasta RewriteEngine On/Off neiet

Parādi .htaccess faila saturu

Un pameklē, kur Tev atrodas error_log, un paskaties, tur būtu jābūt paskaidrotam, kas tieši neiet.
