Spraudņa pamatfunkcionalitāte ir Reference (uzziņas) panelis, kas satur meklēšanas rīku, ar kuru uzmeklēt HTML elementus, atribūtus un CSS īpašības. Spraudnis arī ievietojas konteksta izvēlnēs HTML un CSS paneļos, DOM trasējumā un Isnspektorā, pieliekot iespēju uzmeklēt iezīmēto lietu (t.i. meklēt to Reference panelī) vai parādīt koda piemēru.
