What is needed:

• Based on localbitcoins.com API develop a tool to bulk import/export/modification of ads

User Stories:

As a user i would like to be able to do the following

1) Bulk Import: possibility to create new ads in a bulk mode  i.e. i want to create 10 (or more) new adds for new payment type with same info except Country. Now it would take a lot of time to create them manually copy pasting all stuff end setting all parameters (about 10 parameters)

2) Bulk Export: i want an overview of all my ads, export them to excel and create some nice pivots, metrics, reports, etc.

3) Bulk Modification: I want to change exchange rate or text in specific adds, instead of clicking them thru in website admin panel (as-is) i'd like to export them, change and import back!

4) As data entry instrument I'd like to use Ms Excel, that would have all columns as available on LBC so I can create new records there and upload them, as well as modify existing ones (edit or delete).

 

Non-functional requirements:

1) Export/Import time should be not more than 2 seconds per 1 record.

2) In case of errors during import/export it should be possible to see the error and have it stored in some kind of log.

3) All dates exported should be converted to Excel Date type field for proper filtering and grouping.

5) Code should be documented so it can be maintained afterwards, possible even by same company/person who created this project for us

6) Execution platform is Windows 8 machine, with Office 2013 installed.

7) There should be process and documentation describing how to move/install this tool/script on any other W8 machines.

8) It should be possible to configure tool so other users can use it with their accounts

9) All source code rights will belong to requestor of this project. Developer cannot re-use, re-distribute or share the source code anywhere without permission from requestor/owner of this project.

10) Company/person who will perform this project  will have to sign NDA with request of the project.
