codez Posted January 12, 2012 Report Share Posted January 12, 2012 (edited) nu tu ar uzrakstīji.. kopēts -/-> zagts.. ;D tā kā es neesmu nozadzis win7 instalāciju bet tikai nokopējis.. viss ir kārtībā.. ;) Varbūt tu to win7 pats uzprogrammēji? Nevajag daudz prāta saprast, ka šeit vārds "kopēt", nozīmē uztaisīt tādu pašu, jo diezgan loģiski, ka backendu nemaz tā nevar nokopēt. Bez tam arī nokopējot win7, tā nav zagšana, bet gan autortiesību pārkāpums (atsevišķos gadījumos). Ja nespēj uztvert atšķirību, tad palasi krimināllikumu, kas ir zagšana un kas ir autortiesību pārkāpums. No krimināllikuma http://www.likumi.lv/doc.php?id=88966: 175.pants. Zādzība (1) Par svešas kustamas mantas slepenu vai atklātu nolaupīšanu (zādzība) Tātad nozagt var tikai kustamu mantu. Tā kā win7 diezgan loģiski nav kustama manta, tad to nozagt nevar.
